This session offers space to slow down, release physical and mental tension, and return to a more grounded state.
Valid for 1 month
2 sessions – ¥9,000
For short-term stress, emotional load, or physical tension.
Two sessions allow time to begin shifting patterns in the body and support more consistent regulation.
Valid for 2 months
4 sessions – ¥18,000
For ongoing fatigue, burnout recovery, or emotional overwhelm.
This format supports gradual nervous system regulation and helps build awareness of body-based stress patterns.
Valid for 3 months
8 sessions – ¥34,000
For longer-term support with stress regulation, fatigue, or disconnection from the body.
Over time, this allows deeper shifts in how the body holds tension and responds to stress.
