Yumemi Session
Yumemi Sessions are designed for teens and young adults aged 15 to 24 who need space to talk things through at their own pace.
Whether they are navigating academic pressure, shifting friendships, identity questions, or the emotional ups and downs of growing up, these sessions offer steady support without judgment or pressure.
Young people are encouraged to speak freely, explore their thoughts, and gradually make sense of what they are experiencing. The focus is not on giving advice or fixing problems, but on helping them feel heard, understood, and more confident in their own voice.

Ways to Begin
1 session – ¥5,500
This one-time session offers a gentle space for your child to pause and share what has been on their mind.
It may be helpful if they seem withdrawn, unusually emotional, or unsure how to talk about something that feels heavy.
Valid for 1 month
2 sessions – ¥10,000
Two sessions allow your child to begin processing something that has happened recently,
such as a change in school life, friendship tension, exam stress, or a shift in their emotional wellbeing.
The pace remains steady and supportive, meeting them where they are while helping them organise their thoughts more clearly.
Valid for 2 months
4 sessions – ¥20,000
This option offers space over time for young people facing ongoing pressure or transition, such as academic demands, social challenges, identity questions, or difficulty managing emotions.
With consistency, trust builds gradually, making it easier to explore patterns in thinking and emotional reactions in a safe and manageable way.
Valid for 3 months
8 sessions – ¥38,000
For young people navigating longer-term stress, recurring emotional struggles, or periods of significant growth and change.
This extended support allows important themes to be revisited over time, helping them strengthen self-understanding and confidence in their own decisions.

Sliding Scale & Access
Access to emotional support should not be limited by financial circumstances.
A limited number of sliding scale sessions are available for families who may find the standard rates difficult to afford.
