Our Mission: Mainichi Mymichi
"What we learn shapes the future. Who we become defines it."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Young people today are moving through one of the most significant periods of their lives. They are forming their sense of identity, building their first real relationships, discovering what they value, and beginning to imagine the kind of future they want. They are doing this while growing up in a world that continues to change rapidly.

Throughout their education, young people gain knowledge, develop new skills, and prepare for the opportunities ahead. Alongside that learning, there is also value in creating space to pause, reflect, ask questions, and explore ideas that connect more closely with their own lives and experiences.

It is often through these conversations that questions about identity, relationships, values, purpose, and the future begin to take shape. They are also opportunities to develop practical life skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and self-awareness. These are skills that support young people not only in education, but throughout life.

This is the space Mainichi Mymichi was created for.

Through immersive, themed workshops, young people are given the opportunity to develop skills that support both their academic lives and everything that comes after. Through guided activities, open discussion, and real-world topics, participants practise communicating ideas, listening to different perspectives, collaborating with others, and reflecting on their own thinking.

Each workshop explores a different theme, giving young people the freedom to choose the experiences that interest them while encouraging them to better understand themselves, others, society, and their own potential and impact. The intention is always the same: to give young people the opportunity to engage with the world on their own terms and leave with greater confidence, broader perspectives, and a clearer understanding of themselves.

Mainichi Mymichi offers workshops for young people aged 10 to 22 because the questions, experiences, and challenges they encounter naturally change as they grow. While every workshop is built around the same learning philosophy, each experience is thoughtfully adapted to reflect the interests, abilities, and stage of development of the participants.

If you are a parent, educator, or someone who works alongside young people, we would love to hear from you. Explore our upcoming workshops and discover whether Mainichi Mymichi is the right learning experience for the young person in your life.
